What you’ll learn:

Over the six weeks of practical 1.5 hour classes, in Beginners Art Classes Online, I’ll teach you about which materials you should use and where to get them. I’ll show you techniques to help you gain confidence and enjoy your painting. I’ll take you through a series of simple subjects that will give you a solid knowledge and that you can work on in your own time. There’ll be a chance in each class to ask me any questions you’ll have -and there’s no such thing as a daft question. You’ll also get access to a Zoom recording of each class for the duration of the course, so you can revise. 

Included over the 6 weeks: 

Drawing Technique

Measuring (You won’t need a ruler!)

Which Paints (Recognise the differences between brands and qualities; poor quality paints will just frustrate you)

Which Brushes (Don’t be confused by the massive variety – I’ll explain)

Palettes

Painting surfaces (There’s a whole array of them and it’s good to know about which ones to use)

How to set up your studio (so you’re comfortable and ready to go as soon as the inspiration hits you).

All About Colour (It’s simpler than you think!)
